Dear Health and Fitness Over 50 Enthusiast,
Welcome to my website. In 2007 I reached my 50th birthday. A wonderful milestone!
The first 50 were great but I’m really looking forward to the next 50. I want to make sure
that the next 50 are also full of energy, excitement, and good health.
In order to stay healthy I realize that I have to take good care of myself. That means eating
right, exercising, thinking powerful thoughts, and always learning and growing. I believe you’ve
come to my website because you’re interested in the same things.
I’ve studied and tried many different forms of exercise during the past 30 years. I’ve also owned
and operated my own martial ars schools during that time. My training knowledge and habits helped
me win numerous regional and state karate championships along with a national championship.

In November of 2005 I suffered a setback
I had Total Hip Replacement Surgery.
It slowed me down a bit and made me seek other effective means of exercise I was fortunate
to have a good friend of mine, a Major in the Special Forces, give me a workout that he created
